Appropriates funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 to accommodate the anticipated increase in the volume of calls to Hawaii CARES Crisis Helpline following the transition of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline's dial code to "988" on July 16, 2022. Effective 1/1/2050. (SD1)
