RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
Summary
Authorizes the director of transportation to transfer funds between program identification numbers within the harbors division; provided that the aggregate amount transferred in a fiscal year does not exceed an unspecified amount. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
