RELATING TO TRAFFIC SAFETY.

Summary
Requires vehicles going less than the speed limit on a two-lane highway, behind which a certain number of vehicles are formed in a line, to pull over where possible to let the trailing vehicles proceed when passing is unsafe. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
