Requires the University of Hawaii to collaborate with the department of education; the department of business, economic development, and tourism; and others to develop an interactive web tool to enable degree-seeking individuals to make better-informed decisions regarding their post-secondary education and career choices. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2051. (HD1)
