RELATING TO ENERGY RESOURCES.

Summary
Amends the amount of budget appropriations for energy expenditures that agencies performing energy efficiency or renewable energy system retrofitting are entitled to receive. Repeals the required setting aside of a portion of moneys saved through the retrofitting. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
