Summary
Requires DOE to establish a threeyear pilot program for the development and implementation of a traumainformed education program in the Castle, Kailua, and Kalaheo complex areas, based on the NanakuliWaianae complex area traumainformed education programs and report to the legislature. Appropriates funds. Takes effect on 7/1/2055. (SD1)
