RELATING TO GRANTS FOR LOCAL RECYCLING FACILITIES.
Summary
Requires the office of solid waste management to establish the recycled products manufacturing grant program to incentivize new recycled products manufacturing, bioconversion, or composting business within the State. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD2)
