RELATING TO THE CONFERENCE CENTER REVOLVING FUND.
Summary
Expands the scope of the University of Hawaii at Hilo conference center revolving fund to all programs conducted by the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Requires an annual report to the Legislature regarding the fund. Gives the chancellor of the University of Hawaii at Hilo, rather than the dean of the college of continuing education and community service, authority to expend moneys from the fund. (SD1)
