Makes confidentiality clauses in employment contracts unenforceable as to sexual harassment claims. Bans mandatory arbitration agreements as to sexual harassment claims. Makes mandatory confidentiality clauses in an arbitration agreement unenforceable as to sexual harassment claims. (SB1048 HD1)
