Summary
Requires the Office of Planning, in consultation with the Land Use Commission, Real Estate Commission, and the Department of Planning and Permitting, to study and report on deficiencies in the land subdivision and condominium property regime laws, as these laws interact with county zoning ordinances, that may result in land being developed contrary to the legislative intent of those laws. (HB861 HD2)
