Summary
Requires the driver of a motor vehicle involved in an accident resulting only in damage to another vehicle or property driven or attended by any person to stop the driver's vehicle on a berm or shoulder of a roadway and assist the other person in moving the other person's vehicle or other property to the berm or shoulder if the accident occurs on a roadway nearest that berm or shoulder.
