Appropriates moneys to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to support the internship and economic development programs of the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems. Inserts a ceiling of $1,000,000 for the pacific international space center for exploration systems special fund. Takes effect on 7/1/2112. (SD1)
