RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Summary
Requires the Department of Education to establish and maintain a priority list of schools in need of classroom cooling; provided that at least fifty percent of all funds appropriated for classroom cooling projects be made available for grants to schools on the priority list. Allows schools on the priority list to apply for Department of Education grants for energy-efficient classroom cooling projects. (HB2484 HD1)
