Summary
Amends section 201-76, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to expressly place the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems within the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism. Removes the Executive Director of the space center as a member of the board and adds the Chancellor of the University of Hawaii at Hilo. (HB2324 HD1)
