RELATING TO GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE.

Summary
Establishes the Clean Energy Savings Jump Start Program and Clean Energy Savings Jump Start Fund. Establishes the Energy Storage System Rebate Program as a three-year pilot program and requires the Green Infrastructure Authority to submit annual reports to the legislature on the program's progress and activities. Deletes the Public Utilities Commission's approval authority relative to the Green Infrastructure Loan Program. Appropriates funds. Effective 1/28/2081. (SD2)
