Summary
Authorizes the issuance of revenue bonds pursuant to part III of chapter 39, HRS, and appropriates funds to the high technology development corporation for the purpose of constructing an electrolysis hydrogen production, storage, and dispensing facility to be managed by the Hawaii center for advanced transportation technologies. Appropriates funds. Establishes a demonstration project for building energy efficiency designs within the department of transportation until 6/30/2020. Requires all state buildings built or renovated after July 1, 2020, to incorporate certain energy efficient practices. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
