RELATING TO BIOFUELS.
Summary
Requires the department of agriculture to establish a two-year advanced biofuels pilot project to expand the use of biofuels in achieving the goal of 100 percent clean energy dependence by 2045. Requires a report to the legislature prior to the Regular Session of 2019. Makes an appropriation.
