Summary
Exempts from school impact fees, housing developments reserved for persons or families with incomes up to one hundred twenty per cent of the area median income in any county of the State with a population of over seven hundred thousand, and all government housing projects processed pursuant to sections 46-51.1 and 201H-38, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
