Johnson, Jr., Handy; recognize

This Georgia Senate resolution (SR 411) commends Handy Johnson Jr. for his decades of community leadership, including founding the West End Neighborhood Development organization and becoming the first African American to earn a landscape architecture master's from the University of Georgia.
