Public Facilities Authority of the City of Milledgeville and Baldwin County; references to the City of Milledgeville; remove

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to create the Public Facilities Authority of the City of Milledgeville and Baldwin County, approved May 11, 2009 (Ga. L. 2009, p. 3955), so as to remove references to the City of Milledgeville; to provide for membership of the authority; to provide for terms of office of members of the authority; to permit members to succeed themselves; to provide for vacancies of members; to provide for certain tax exemptions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
