A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 38 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions of state military generally, so as to prohibit the deployment of armed military forces of other states into this state without the permission of the Governor; to provide for an exception; to provide for other matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
