House Study Committee on the Assessment and Collection of Fees by Local Governments; create

This bill establishes a House Study Committee to examine how local governments in Georgia assess and collect fees for public services. The committee will consist of five House members appointed by the Speaker of the House, who will also serve as chairperson.
