MINOR
The changes to HB 485 are primarily technical and formatting updates rather than substantive policy shifts. The text replaces a committee's explanatory note with a formal header identifying the document as a 'Committee Substitute,' which indicates the House Committee on Code Revision has reviewed and amended the bill. The bill's title, sponsors, and page numbering remain consistent with the original version.
TECHNICAL
The introductory text was replaced to formally label the document as a 'Committee Substitute' and list the specific representatives (Yearta, Efstration, Scoggins, Smith, and Barrett) who sponsored the revised bill, clarifying the legislative process rather than changing the law itself.
