MINOR
The bill was renamed to reflect its new status as passed by both chambers. The scope expanded significantly to include a new requirement for child care centers to inform parents about the risks of RSV, while the sickle cell disease review provision was reorganized into a separate section.
Scope change
The bill now applies to early care and learning centers in addition to Medicaid recipients, and the legislative text was updated to show it has passed both the House and Senate.
SCOPE
Added a new requirement for child care learning centers and family child care homes to provide parents with educational information on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) by September 1st each year.
Reorganized the bill structure by splitting the original text into two distinct sections: Section 1 addresses RSV information for child care, and Section 2 addresses the annual sickle cell disease review for Medicaid recipients.
TECHNICAL
Updated the title and header to indicate the bill has been passed by both the House and Senate, and adjusted the page numbering accordingly.
