MINOR
The bill text was updated from a committee substitute version to the final version as passed by both the House and Senate. The main substantive change is the repositioning of the ballot language for the referendum, which was moved from the middle of the document to a new page 3, likely for better formatting and readability. No policy changes were made to the homestead exemption amount, eligibility criteria, or scope of the tax relief.
TECHNICAL
The document header was updated from 'House Bill 30 (COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE)' to 'House Bill 30 (AS PASSED HOUSE AND SENATE)', indicating the bill has completed its legislative process.
The ballot language for the referendum was relocated from the middle of the document to page 3, improving document structure without changing the actual referendum question or exemption amount.
