The bill text was updated from a committee substitute version to the final version as passed by both the House and Senate. The changes are primarily technical, updating the document title and page headers to reflect its final legislative status rather than its committee stage.
TECHNICAL
Updated document title from 'House Bill 176 (COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE)' to 'House Bill 176 (AS PASSED HOUSE AND SENATE)' to reflect the bill's final legislative status.
Changed page header labels from 'H. B. 176 (SUB)' to 'H. B. 176' to remove the committee substitute designation.
Updated legislative reference numbers from 'LC 48 1509S' to 'LC 48 1509S/AP' to indicate the bill has been approved by both legislative chambers.
