MINOR
The bill was amended to replace the original House Committee substitute text with a new committee substitute version, updating the bill's sponsor information to reflect current representatives. This change formalizes the legislative process by incorporating the committee's revised version of the bill before it proceeds to the next stage.
TECHNICAL
The committee substitute header was updated to reflect current bill sponsors (Representatives Cannon, Dickey, Corbett, O'Steen, Huddleston, and others) instead of the original committee offer language.
