A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to create the City of Peachtree City Public Facilities Authority, approved May 13, 2011 (Ga. L. 2011, p. 4121), as amended, so as to provide for terms of office for certain members of the authority; to prohibit transfer of membership in the authority; to provide for members not receiving any benefit of or right to or interest in assets of the authority; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
