A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to crimes and offenses, so as to provide for enhanced penalties when certain offenses are committed against public safety officers or code enforcement officers; to provide for the offense of obstruction if an individual throws an object at certain persons or at a vehicle occupied by such persons; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
