MINOR
The bill was finalized as passed by both legislative chambers, updating the header to reflect its final status. The most significant substantive change is in the enforcement section, where the Department of Transportation's role was broadened from merely 'assisting' to actively 'providing assistance and guidance' to ensure airport regulations comply with Federal Aviation Administration requirements. A minor formatting adjustment was also made to the section regarding the integration of airport regulations into local zoning ordinances.
REQUIREMENT

The Department of Transportation's duty to help airport governing bodies was strengthened to explicitly include providing guidance on ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Administration requirements.

TECHNICAL

Minor line number adjustments were made to align the text with the final version passed by both the House and Senate.
