MINOR
The bill text was updated to reflect a new legislative tracking number (LC 56 0618S) replacing the previous one (LC 62 0370S), indicating the bill has progressed to a different stage in the legislative process. Additionally, the list of purposes in the bill's title was slightly modified to replace the word 'construction' with 'construction' (a likely formatting correction) and adjust the phrasing of related clauses, though the core policy goals regarding judicial sales and privacy remain the same.
TECHNICAL
The legislative tracking number was changed from LC 62 0370S to LC 56 0618S, reflecting the bill's movement through the legislative calendar.
Minor wording adjustments were made in the bill's summary of purposes, specifically changing 'to provide for construction' to 'to provide for construction' and reordering the list of purposes, which appears to be a formatting or drafting refinement rather than a policy shift.
