"Baranco Act"; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to stopping, standing, and parking, so as to provide for the designation of electric vehicle charging station parking areas; to provide for definitions; to provide for standards for designating such areas; to prohibit unauthorized use of such parking areas; to provide for a penalty; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
