Public Health, Department of; Temporary Youth Behavioral Health Services Program; create

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2A of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Department of Public Health, so as to create the Temporary Youth Behavioral Health Services Program; to provide for definitions; to provide for duties and responsibilities of the department; to provide for program requirements; to provide for behavioral health care provider reimbursement requirements; to provide for funding contingency; to provide for automatic repeal; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
