A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to create a board of elections and registration for Floyd County and provide for its powers and duties, approved March 28, 1986 (Ga. L. 1986, p. 5289), as amended, so as to provide for abolition of the board; to authorize the board of commissioners to appoint an interim chief clerk; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
