A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide that members of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia chosen from each congressional district of the state shall be elected by members of the General Assembly and at-large members of the board of regents shall be appointed by the Governor; to provide for related matters; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
