Georgia Judicial Retirement System; transfers of creditable service from appellate court judge's plan of the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 23 of Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Georgia Judicial Retirement System, so as to provide for creditable service in the Georgia Judicial Retirement System on a two for one basis for transfers of creditable service from the appellate court judge's plan of the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia; to provide for fund transfers; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to provide conditions for an effective date and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
