A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 82 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to revenue bonds, so as to provide that local school systems, counties, and municipal governing authorities can become parties to bond validation hearings; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
