A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 14 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to speed detection devices, so as to provide for the enforcement of speed limit violations through recorded images in certain instances; to provide for warning signs; to provide for procedures, conditions, and limitations upon use of automated traffic enforcement safety devices for the enforcement of speeding violations; to provide for penalties; to revise a definition; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
