A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to labor and industrial relations, so as to prohibit discrimination on the basis of the transportation utilized by an employee in getting to and from work; to prohibit advertisements related to employment that specifies preferences for transportation utilized by employees in getting to and from work; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
