A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 7 of the O.C.G.A., relating to banking and finance, so as to authorize the creation of public banks; to amend Code Section 48-8-3 of the O.C.G.A., relating to exemptions from sales and use taxes, so as to exempt licensed public banks from such taxes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
