A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to incorporate the City of Stonecrest in DeKalb County, approved April 21, 2016 (Ga. L. 2016, p. 3538), as amended, so as to remove the mayor from the city council; to bring provisions regarding removal of municipal court judges in line with state law; to revise provisions related to the role of the mayor in the budget process; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
