Local government; require authorities operating parks and recreation facilities used by youth athletic organizations to insure such facilities are equipped with certain vessels for heat related injuries

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 80 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provision applicable to counties, municipal corporations, and other governmental entities, so as to require local governments or authorities operating parks and recreation facilities used by youth athletic organizations to insure such facilities are equipped with certain vessels for heat related injuries; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
