A BILL To be entitled an Act to amend Part 4 of Article 6 of Chapter 3 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Stone Mountain Memorial Association, so as to provide that Stone Mountain Park shall not be subject to annexation into any municipality or to becoming part of any newly created municipality; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
