Property; provide for the resolution of disputes in which a medical funding provider has provided payment to a consumer's health care provider

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 8 of Chapter 14 of Title 44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to liens, so as to provide for the resolution of disputes in which a medical funding provider has provided payment to a consumer's health care provider; to provide for definitions; to prohibit certain activities of medical funding providers; to provide for certain the admissibility of certain evidence at trial; to provide a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
