Special district transportation sales and use tax; certain sales or uses of building and construction materials; provide for the inapplicability

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 5A of Chapter 8 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to special district transportation sales and use tax, so as to provide for the inapplicability of such tax to certain sales or uses of building and construction materials; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
