A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 44-3-232 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to assessments against lot owners as constituting lien in favor of association, additional charges against lot owners, procedure for foreclosing lien, and obligation to provide statement of amounts due, so as to set forth conditions for the foreclosure of liens; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
