A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 82 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to revenue bonds, so as to revise the definition of the term "undertaking"; to provide for elections regarding revenue certificates related to electric generating, transmission, and distribution systems; to provide for exceptions to such elections by local act; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
