Public Safety, Department of; Law Enforcement Assistance Program; establish

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding the Department of Public Safety, so as to establish the Law Enforcement Assistance Program within the Department of Public Safety; to provide for definitions; to provide for the purpose of such program; to provide for courses of training; to provide for related matters; to provide for a contingent effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
