A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 7 of the O.C.G.A., relating to banking and finance, so as to transfer duties, powers, responsibilities, and other authority relative to industrial loans from the Industrial Loan Commissioner to the Department of Banking and Finance; to amend the Official Code of Georgia Annotated so as to conform cross-references; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
