Sales and use tax; sales of tangible personal property for the construction of a certain museum; provide exemption

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 8 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to state sales and use tax, so as to provide a state and local sales tax exemption for sales of tangible personal property used for the construction of a certain museum; to provide for a definition; to provide for automatic repeal; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
